Precis Engineering + Architecture Hires Jaime C. Leite, CEM, LEED AP BD+C, as Project Executive

Precis Engineering + Architecture, an award-winning design firm with locations in Ambler, PA, and Cary, NC, has hired Jaime C. Leite, CEM, LEED AP BD+C, as Project Executive. Leite’s hire brings high-level project management experience and technical leadership to the firm.

Leite has over 30 years of experience in the design, engineering, construction, and project management of projects within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, and corporate markets. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C). In addition to project management, Leite brings a technical eye to each project with his in-depth knowledge of HVAC engineering design encompassing air, hydronic, steam, and building automation system (BAS) controls systems.

He has overseen master plans, energy audits and analyses, life cycle cost analyses, and code compliance reports. As Project Executive at Precis, Leite is responsible for managing projects, helping to implement the firm’s strategic plans, and communicating with project stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project completion.

Leite holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He is an active member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Leite resides in Montgomery County, PA.
